William Knudson
President
A licensed Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of experience, William brings a depth of leadership across complex infrastructure projects spanning water and wastewater treatment, marine and near-shore construction, transportation, utilities, and dam retrofit work.
He has successfully delivered high-risk, technically demanding projects including major capital upgrades at operating treatment plants, award-winning and first-of-their-kind marine facilities, and complex waterfront construction in environmentally sensitive environments—often under constrained access, active operations, and stringent regulatory oversight. His experience spans both field and senior leadership roles, providing a practical, end-to-end understanding of execution strategy, risk management, and owner-focused delivery.
